one million dollar question!

The million dollar question: will you go to heaven? Here's a quick thought... Have you ever told a lie, stolen anythingg, or used God's name in vain? Jesus said, "Whpever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart," Have you looked with lust? Will you be guilty on Judgement Day? If you have done those things, God sees you as a lying, theiving, blasphemous, adulterer at heart. The bible warns that if you are guilty you will end up in Hell. That's not God's will. He sent His Son to suffer and die on the cross for you! Jesus took your punishment upon Himself: "God so loved the world that He gave His only SOn , that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life." Then He rose from the Dead and defeated death! Please, if this has struck a cord in your heart today and you realise that you are doing wrong, repent(turn from sin) today and trust in Jesus, and God will grant you everlasting life. Then read your Bible daily and obey it!

Mission Lodge

Mission Lodge

6th year pupils at Airdrie Academy are raising money for the Mission Lodge Charity and ur dontations would be very very helpful to help them give some homeless people a special gift this christmas. The Academy is collecting as many toiletries, hats scarves, gloves etc as possible to pack them into boxes to give as a gift to someone that really needs it this christmas. The money that is raise will go towards the things mentioned above and will be donated to Mission lodge. Remember that not everyone is as lucky as us to have a home at christmas, not everyone will receive gifts, but we're going to try and provide some boxes with some toiletries and stuff to try and put a smile on some faces this year. So if you know anyone in 6th year at Airdrie academy they'll be happy to take your donations, either of clothing, toiletries or money and put them to good use! Remember every penny counts!
